Sun Feb 3 Wachusett Reservoir Mystery Tour *(THIS IS NO LONG XC
SKIING....THERE's NO SNOW!!!  HIKE ANYONE?)* Join us for a few hours
exploring the woods at Wachusett Reservoir. We'll plan to do some *HIKING*.
One way or another, you can burn off some calories before gaining it all
back at a super bowl party. Some experience needed. Reg. reqd.

Mon Feb 4 MNHS-Upton State Park New
Once heavily logged by its former owners, the 2,400 acre Upton State Forest
now boasts miles of trails through mature red and white pine, gray birch,
and red maple planted by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. Join
us on a winter walk along old logging roads to Dean Pond, whose waters once
powered sawmills. Meet at the parking lot at 6:30 dressed for the weather,
with water and a headlamp/flashlight. Directions at

Join me in another winter hiking adventure in the White Mountains. This time
we will be hiking Mt. Moriah on Saturday (8.4 miles) from Gorham and Mt. Imp
on Sunday. We will be staying at a hostel in Gorham NH. Winter hiking
