Hi YM-ers!



*Next AMC YM Meeting this Wednesday on March 3, 2008 @ 7 PM, at Biotech II,
373 Plantation St, Worcester, MA!  Thanks again, Jack!*



New members & long standing club participants are all welcome!   Please
bring:

   - a copy of the agenda, previously reviewed
   - *your calendars/planners*--don't forget, this is a planning meeting!
   - ideas for spring activities/festivities (e.g. hikes, bike rides,
   weekend trips, socials, outdoor education, etc.)….doesn't mean you have to
   be in charge of it!
   - a positive attitude
   - and a drink (I will provide soda, but someone else must take these
   with them as I don't like soda!)

 PLEASE RSVP to the meeting for accurate head count since food will be
provided.  If not eating, please let me know that too.  RSVP to me, Jen
Eaton, at jeneaton99 at gmail.com BEFORE 5 PM.  If you forget and can't get to
it, please call to RSVP at 508-962-1024 (E-mail is preferred) by *Wednesday
March 3rd by **5:00 PM** and leave a VM*.  Also, PLEASE try to be on
time….doors may be locked after 7:00 and it is less disruptive.  Call
508-962-1024 if locked out and someone will let you in.  We will be meeting
in the conference room at the top of the stairs.



Attached is the meeting agenda in a Word document.  If you can't open the
attachment, please let me know.



Finally, we'd all love your feedback about events, trips, activities, ways
to improve the club, etc. so please drop me a note at the above e-mail
address if you can't attend.  *LEADERS:  please send me any updates if you
can't attend by Tuesday evening.  It makes the meeting go MUCH MORE
SMOOTHLY!  I appreciate it!*
