Hi Ymers,

Instead of just e-mailing the usual leaders, I thought I'd send it to our
larger group as you never know who might volunteer!  Sarah F will be putting
together an Earth Day Clean-up....THANK YOU SARAH!  As soon as you know the
day....I'll do the save-the-date to the club and help you post the event
online.

Next order of business:  AMC Annual Picnic.  I'd like to increase the YM
turnout and make it a fun day to celebrate YM in addition to the larger AMC
Worcetser Chapter.  There'll be a potluck (what a feast it was 2 years
ago!!!) and this year, a gear sale/swap/give-a-way!  Yippee!  Gear!
So.....what do we want to do?????

I was thinking if any mountain biking leaders would like to lead a mountain
bike, that could be fun and might entice new members.  There's usually a
hike but we can do a YM hike as the typical hike can often be kids, etc.
Anyone?  We've hosted volleyball in the past, which was fun until the rain
came.  It is at Hopkinton State Park on May 18th.  I plan to bring my kayak
if others want to paddle in the water a bit.  I'm not an official paddle
leader though.

So, volunteers, let me know!

Jen,

If you or anyone of the YM are interested in planning the AMC Spring Picnic,
we are having a meeting tomorrow eve at 6:00.   We are going to meet
at Applix, Inc,
289 Turnpike Road, Westboro.   The building is directly across from BJ's on
RT 9.   Take the road that leads to Indian Meadow Golf Course in the big
brick building on the left.    We will be meeting on the second floor.

If you can't make it and / or know someone else who would like to help out,
pass this information along.
