[Ymers] YM Meeting May 7th

Hi YMers!

First, I'm so swamped I never sent the April minutes.  Sorry!  Much might be
old news, but nonetheless, here they are!

Second, the meeting location is still up in the air due to weather and that
I haven't even reserved our indoor space!  *Jack*....in case the weather
isn't cooperative, can we have our room at UMass?  Let me know!

IF weather is rain free....I'll decide by Tuesday so keep updated....then
we'll do a trial run at Green Hill Park.  Meet at the parking lot near the
pavilion.  There are two entrances, one off Lincoln St (look for small green
hill park sign...sign is, well, green).  The other entrance is off Rt. 9
heading from downtown Worcester toward UMass, take a left.  There's a huge
sign and Worcester Vocational is there too.  If you pass the Piccadilly Pub
on Right, turn around, you've gone too far!  I can't promise bathrooms
so....stop on the way in just in case and don't guzzle too much water.
Again, I'll send out another e-mail to confirm location Tuesday.

We'll have sandwiches.  Bring a chair-in-a-bag, in case the pavilion is in
use or it is cold in the shade.  IF we are outside, food will be at the park
for 6....please try for this time.  Meeting to start at 6:30.

Please RSVP by e-mail ASAP so I can prep for food and plan accordingly.
Thanks very much!  I'd prefer a head count by Wednesday early afternoon but
please let me know ASAP as I might need to shop Tuesday.  Cell is
508-962-1024 if you need to call or forgot to sign up until last minute.
We'd like to welcome active leaders to plan summer and any
member....regardless if you are new or have been in the club for years but
haven't joined us....come on out!
