[Ymers] Meet & Greet, monthly planning meeting

Hi YMers!

How many of you have been viewing these e-mails and have yet to come out and
meet other fellow YMers!  Well, it is time.  This *Wednesday June 4th*,
we're having a meet & greet in addition to our final planning meeting before
summer.

So....come out!  We'll be meeting in *Green Hill Park located in Worcester,
MA*.  To get there go to this link:

You can meet fellow YM leaders and learn about our vision and passion to get
all of you out hiking, biking, paddling, and more!  The *meet & greet starts
at 6*.  Please *RSVP BY Tuesday *as we'll also be enjoying Chinese food,
thanks to our current secretary, who will be picking it up.

The regular YM planning meeting will start around 7, after dinner, which
newcomers are welcome to stay and participate in.

Agenda items include planning local and weekend events.  Due to the lack of
meetings over the summer, we'll start discussing fall plans.  In addition, a
big part of the meeting will be spent discussing how to spread leadership
duties amongst more YMers and to alleviate the burden of the YM Chair
position on me.  Other positions available include vice chair, secretary,
social chair, meeting coordinator, new members welcoming chair, etc..

Hope to see you!  Also, if you can't make this, please inform me of
additional agenda topics to discuss.

We hope to have future week night meet & greets so new members can get to
know fellow YMers and make new outdoors friends!  Stay tuned.

Sorry for the lack of usual agenda, etc.  I'm currently computer less and my
roommate wants her computer back!  I should be up and running soon.
